Shipping destinations and cost

SaGallery ships to USA. Standard shipping costs $9.99 USD per order, including orders containing multiple canvases or optional upgrades, for these supported destinations. The shipping charge is shown before payment.

Processing and delivery times

  • Order processing and production: [2–3 BUSINESS DAYS].

  • Shipping transit time after dispatch: [1–5 BUSINESS DAYS, BY DESTINATION IF DIFFERENT].

  • Estimated total time from order to delivery: [3–8 BUSINESS DAYS].

Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and selected product. Any different estimate shown for your order will be communicated before purchase.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and, where required, obtain your consent to the delay or offer cancellation and a refund. These estimates do not remove your legal rights relating to late or undelivered orders.

Tracking and split deliveries

When your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information if provided by the carrier. Orders containing multiple pieces may arrive in separate packages. We will not charge additional shipping solely because we split an order into separate deliveries.

Delivery details and issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If it needs correcting, contact ibomu.teima@gmail.com promptly. We will try to make the change, but cannot guarantee it once dispatch has begun. Any proposed additional redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.

If your order appears lost, is significantly delayed, or is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. A tracking status alone does not remove your rights concerning non-delivery.

Damage or incorrect items

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact ibomu.teima@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. We cover any required return shipping for these cases and arrange a refund or agreed replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs and import charges

Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. The original $9.99 delivery charge is not refundable unless required by law. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, applicable delivery charges are refunded as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
